  • Ovrload has a personalised approach which allows for all fitness levels. If you join the group sessions we can surround you with others with similar fitness levels and goals, whilst the one-on-one sessions are tailored to your exact needs.

  • For classes, we offer over 30 group classes per week and offer one on one coaching around these classes. Our free weights gym is available to book for one-hour sessions. You can find the timetables on the web pages for these services.

  • If a class if full the booking system will offer the opportunity to join the waitlist. You will automatically be added to the class if a space becomes available prior to six hours before the class. You will receive an email and a text message confirming your place.

  • If you need to cancel a session you must cancel on the app at least four hours prior to the session starting. Failure to cancel your session in the allotted time will result in the session being lost.

    Failure to cancel your session or notify the Director of Ovrload that you will not be attending will result in a £5 “no show” charge.

  • As often as you want/can. Sessions will vary in intensity and focus. Some sessions will be more strength based, others more cardio or mobility centred. We cover all bases here at Ovrload, so come ready to work and trust the process.

  • We apply a Strength and Conditioning approach that allows us to train hard, yet smart and without pain, just progress. Every exercise carried out has a purpose and is part of a bigger process, to make you indestructible.

  • Yes. The gym is based in Meldreth, about 20 minutes from Cambridge City Centre and 5 minutes from Royston town centre. It’s a straight forward route. There is free on-site parking and the train station is five minutes away (two if you jog).
