“I’m director of Ovrload and have been in the fitness industry for almost 13 years. I hold a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Medicine, a BSc Honours in Sport Science and have years of strength and conditioning experience within semi-professional rugby and higher education.
I launched Ovrload as I believe there is a huge disconnect between exercising and being healthy. Ovrload programming is centred around creating fit, healthy, robust individuals who move well and feel indestructible. I want to help shift the culture within the industry, bridging the gap between health and fitness.”

“I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach. Fitness to me is a passion that I’ve been lucky enough to turn into a career. I left the corporate rat race to share that passion with others and I will always strive to encourage people to work hard, train smarter and be stronger.
I understand first hand how a busy life can take so much from you. Exercise started as an outlet for me to have time to focus on myself - get myself physically and mentally strong to deal with what life had to throw at me. I’m now here to support you to reach your goals and help you see what you’re capable of. “
